Passwords are never captured and emails are masked on the page. Anything you want to reword, reorder or tidy up is fully editable afterwards.

Replay a guide in a fresh tab and watch each step run itself. Use it as a hands-on walkthrough for someone learning the ropes, or as a quick check that the flow still works after something changed. Add checks for a URL, an element or a value, and every step passes or fails as it runs.
